Welcome to BallerCheck. By using our Service at ballercheck.com and ballercheck-app.vercel.app, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Service Description

BallerCheck is a youth basketball verification platform that provides age verification, team rosters, digital player IDs with QR codes, tournament management, and scorekeeping tools. The Service is operated by AIO Inc.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• Parents or legal guardians must create accounts for minor players.
• Coach accounts require approval by BallerCheck administrators.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

3. SMS & Messaging Consent

By providing your phone number during sign-up, you consent to receive one-time passcode (OTP) text messages for account authentication. Message frequency: one SMS per login attempt. Message and data rates may apply. To opt out, reply STOP. For help, reply HELP. Opting out will prevent SMS-based login; you may still use email-based authentication.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Submit false age or identity information
• Impersonate another person
• Attempt to access accounts or data you do not own
• Disrupt or interfere with the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

5. Verification & Fair Play

BallerCheck exists to combat age fraud and roster manipulation. Submitting false birth certificates or player information may result in permanent account suspension and may be reported to tournament organizers.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, birth certificates). By uploading, you grant BallerCheck a limited license to display this content within the Service for verification purposes only. You represent that you have the right to upload any content you submit.

7. Fees

Player and team accounts are free. Tournament organizers may be charged per-event fees. Premium scout profiles may be offered at additional cost. Fee changes will be communicated in advance.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@aioglobal.com.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. BallerCheck verifies submitted documents in good faith but cannot guarantee against fraud. Tournament organizers are responsible for their own eligibility enforcement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIO Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
