By accessing or using BallerCheck ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time with notice.
2. Service Description
BallerCheck is a verified youth basketball platform that provides digital player cards, live stat tracking, verified rankings, roster lock, and age verification. The Service is designed for players, coaches, parents, organizers, and scouts.
3. Account & Registration
To use certain features, you must register an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may not create multiple accounts or misrepresent your identity.
4. Age Verification
Players under 13 must have parental consent before registering. Age verification via birth certificate is required for all players. Providing false information will result in account termination and reporting to the appropriate league.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) misuse the Service, (b) attempt to circumvent verification, (c) submit false statistics or documents, (d) harass other users, (e) scrape or copy data without permission.
6. Subscription & Payments
Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are issued at our discretion. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
7. Privacy & Data
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect only data necessary to provide the Service and comply with COPPA. We do not sell your data.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your data will be removed per our Privacy Policy.
