We collect: name, date of birth, email, team/league affiliation, photos, game statistics, and birth certificates (for age verification). We do not collect sensitive data like race, religion, or precise geolocation.

2. How We Use It

We use your data to: verify ages, generate player cards, track and display stats, run rankings, prevent fraud, communicate with you, and improve the Service. We never sell your data.

3. COPPA Compliance

For players under 13, we require verifiable parental consent before collecting personal information. Parents can review, edit, or delete their child's data at any time. We do not condition participation on the disclosure of more data than is reasonably necessary.

4. Data Security

We use encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, and regular security audits. Birth certificates are processed by our verification pipeline and retained only as long as necessary for verification purposes.

5. Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell or rent your data. We may share with: service providers under strict confidentiality agreements, leagues/tournaments you participate in (limited to verification status), and as required by law.

6. Data Retention

We retain data for the duration of your account. You can request deletion at any time. Some data may be retained for legal or fraud-prevention purposes for a limited period.
